¡Hoooola! ¡Me gustó mucho trabajando allí! Mi experiencia allí me eseñó mucho.
Hello! I hope this blog will serve as our ability to practice different skills we are working on in class. It will challenge you, expand your understanding, & help you...if you allow it do so! I want you to be part of the conversation, thus, periodically watch for an assignment of having to comment on an entry. I know you will all be & do amazingly well! You are so capable!
I want to encourage you to come open minded to class each day. We will taste, experience, watch, & do things you have most likely never tasted, experienced, seen, or done before! This semester is to help you grow as a person, to deepen your knowledge of yourself & others. This course is to open the doors of a much larger world to you than what rural west Tennessee may have offered you thus far. If you fully grasp it, my hope is to help save you thousands of dollars by helping you to 'comp out' of a Spanish I or Spanish II course at the collegiate level! However, as your teacher, I can present material & support your learning of it, but it will ultimately be completely on your shoulders whether you learn it or do not. It helps to motivate, a little, to know that in order to graduate high school, you do have to learn both Spanish I & Spanish II (if you are a student at SGC because Spanish is the only modern world language taught). So, here's to learning, here's to experiencing, here's to growing, & here's to coming closer to graduating high school!
